Update April-2015: How to get CIBIL Transunion Credit Score ?
Individual / Consumer CIBIL Transunion Credit Score is Available on Payment of Rs 470. This [Payment of 470] also includes the Credit Information Report which costs Rs 154, if ordered separately. Only the Credit Information Report[CIR] can be ordered by paying Rs 154. So while Submitting your Application, make sure you have only one DD either of Rs 470 or Rs 154 depending on what you need.
How to Obtain CIBIL Consumer Credit Report ?
CIBIL credit report can be obtained by filling out a form [see below] and attaching a DD – Demand Draft of Rs 154 payable at MUMBAI.

Required Documents for Consumer CIBIL Transunion Credit Score / Credit Information Report
You need to enclose a self attested COPY of your PAN Card OR Passport OR Voters ID OR Driving License as identity proof.
You also need to enclose with the application form a self attested copy of BANK Statement OR Electricity Bill OR Landline Telephone Bill OR Passport OR Credit Card Statement as Address Proof.

and your credit report will be rushed to you by CIBIL. We really wish CIBIL could have allowed us to send Multi-city CHECK instead of DD.
